BLT Pizza
Ingredients:
Directions:
Mix the B.L.T. Dip Mix according to the directions. Let chill for a minimum of 4 hours. Preheat oven to 375°. Separate dough into 2 large rectangles. Place in ungreased 13x9-inch pan; press over bottom and up sides to form a crust. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Spread mixture onto the crust and sprinkle the cheese, lettuce and tomatoes on top. Let chill for 30 minutes and then cut into 2-inch squares. Serve immediately.
Dilly Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
Directions:
Blend Dilly Dip Mix, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, and vinegar. Mix well. Chill at least 4 hours. Boil eggs and let cool. Peel the eggs and cut in half. Remove cooked yolks and mash them in a bowl. Add chilled Dilly mixture and combine well. If mixture is too thick, add small amounts of mayonnaise until you reach desired consistency. Place Dilly/yolk mixture into a zipper-style plastic bag; snip corner and squeeze to fill eggs. Makes 24 deviled eggs.
Tropical Ham Roll-ups
Directions:
Add entire packet of Pineapple Pecan Dip Mix to cream cheese and crushed pineapple. Mix well. Spread mixture onto ham or turkey slices*. Roll into tube shapes and chill 4 hours. Slice into circles and serve.
*May spread mixture onto soft flour tortilla shells instead.
Potato & vegetable recipes
John's Baked Potatoes with CHC Loaded Baked Potato Dip
5 to 8 lbs. of Yukon yellow potatoes
1 stick of melted butter
Hot milk--(whatever amount you deem necessary for the creaminess of the potatoes)
Boil peeled potatoes until tender
Mash with hand mixer
Add butter and milk until creamy
place in crock pot to keep warm
Make CHC Loaded Baked Potato Dip mix as directed on package
Place a dab of dip upon the serving of potatoes
White Cheddar Jalapeno Potatoes
Mix in a large bowl:
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1 stick of butter (melted)
1 medium onion-finely chopped
1 ½ pkg of White Cheddar Jalapeno dip mix
Mix well
Add 16 oz shredded cheddar, mix well
Add 2 # frozen hashbrowns (thawed)
Mix well
Top with 1 ½ cups bacon bits
Bake at 350 1-1 ½ hours
Check temp in middle to make sure they are heated through
(meat thermometer -170)
German Potato Salad
3-5 lbs potatoes, red or yellow
1 jar of hot bacon dressing (found at Sav-Half Greeting Cards and 143 Expressions)
1 cup of chopped onions
1 cup bacon bits
Boil potatoes with peeling on.
Boil until tender, cool slightly, dice.
Put dressing, onion and bacon in pan and heat through.
Gently stir in potatoes, heat through.
Keep warm to serve.
German Green Beans
2 cans cut (not French style) green beans
1 cup onions
1 cup bacon bits
1 jar hot bacon dressing (found at Sav-Half Greeting Cards and 143 Expressions)
Heat onions, bacon bits and dressing.
Stir in beans and heat thoroughly.
Serve warm.
Tips:
Electric skillet works great
Use more bacon and onion if desired
Meat Recipes
Spinach Artichoke Chicken
1 & 1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (from shaker bottle)
Mix the above together
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
Prepare dip mix per package directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place chicken on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Salt and pepper both sides of meat
Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of dip mix over each chicken breast
Sprinkle Panko crumbs on top of chicken breast
Bake for 30-45 minutes until cooked through (use meat thermometer)
Switch oven to broil for 5 minutes to brown
Serve over buttered noodles
Cherry Bourbon Meatballs
3 lbs. Frozen Meatballs—thawed
2 pkg of cherry bourbon dip mix
3 cups catsup
Thaw meatballs in microwave
Mix catsup and dip mix together
Put all in crock pot-heat on high, until hot
Reduce heat to warm for serving
Enjoy!

White Chocolate Raspberry Torte
Crust:
2 cups of flour
1 stick of soft butter
2 tablespoons of sugar
Mix together and press into sprayed 9x13 pan
Bake 15-20 minutes @ 325
Layer 2
1 8 oz softened crème cheese
1 large cool whip (thawed)
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat crème cheese till smooth
Add the rest of the ingredients, beat well
Spread over cooled crust
Layer 3
1 package Country Home Creations White Chocolate Raspberry Dip Mix
1 8 oz creme cheese
1 cup sour cream
Beat crème cheese, add the rest of the ingredients and beat until smooth, spread over layer 2 and chill.
Cranberry and Walnut Bread Pudding
Ingredients:

Directions:
Mix packet of Cranberry and Walnut Dip Mix and hot water with fork. Let set for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan. Evenly spread bread pieces in the pan. In a bowl, mix together Cranberry and Walnut Dip Mix, white sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl. Pour this mixture on top of bread pieces in pan and allow to soak. Mix together brown sugar, butter and (optional) walnuts. Sprinkle over top. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until set. Remove from oven and serve with whipped topping, ice cream, or plain.
May also be made in a slow cooker!
Cranberry Walnut Cake
1 package Country Home Creations cranberry walnut dip mix
1 yellow cake mix
1 instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs
3/4 c water
1/3 cup oil
1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients for 1 min on low speed, then 1 minute on medium.
Pour into a well greased bundt pan and bake for 40 t0 45 minutes.
Cake is done when top springs back and a toothpick comes out clean,
Cool 5 minutes, and invert on plate.
Cream cheese frosting:
1 8 oz crème cheese softened
1/2 stick of softened butter, beat until smooth
Add 3 cups powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla.
Start on lowest speed ,then beat on high until creamy
Oreo Christmas Pie
Bottom layer:
1 Oreo Pie Crust
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. of vanilla
Beat cream cheese
Add sugar, vanilla, cool whip, mix well
